Return & Exchange Policy

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

3. Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange:

    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Supporting photos (if applicable)
  2. Our team will review the request and respond within 1-3 business days.
  3. Once approved, please send the product to the provided return address.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:

  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees and transaction charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested replacement is out of stock, we may offer store credit or a refund.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
